Racks by the Tracks festival ready to roll again this weekend

The festival will kick off at noon this Saturday and run until 10 p.m. It will take place at the Kingsport Farmers Market, and more than 12,000 people are expected to converge on downtown to sample beer and wine and taste barbeque.
