Sullivan County school board member Todd Broughton has some issues with the work of school facilities study consultant Tracy Richter. He said the study was giving up on North and Colonial Heights Middle because both were inside the city limits.

After 11 consecutive snow days it was back to business Tuesday for Hawkins County students, except at the rural Clinch School which remained closed due to snow and ice still covering that community's rural mountain roads.
