The annual Senior Picnic for the scholars was held at the Eastman Recreation Area at the foot of Bays Mountain. College advice they received included don't buy a bicycle with your college student loan money, get to know the faculty and join clubs.

KINGSPORT - Since starting at Jackson in September of 2014, the program has donated about 3,000 pounds of milk, juice, fresh fruit, vegetables, crackers and cheese to local nonprofit groups serving children.
