As of Wednesday evening, Hawkins County detectives had exhausted almost all of their leads in an investigation into the murder of 48-year-old Regilla Ann Stacy, who was killed Monday.

According to a TBI report, investigators believe Regilla Ann Stacy, 48, suffered “possible gunshot wounds and blunt force trauma to the head,” and “the residence appears to have been burglarized.”
