Fire fight: Woman trapped in bathroom by boyfriend started fire to escape

Police say a Rogersville woman who was trapped in her bathroom late last Friday night after allegedly being choked and head-butted by her live-in boyfriend, started a small fire to distract him so she could escape.

Prosecutors say the defendants stole ink cartridges and purchased a scanner, paper and other equipment to make counterfeit $5 and $20 bills, then passed the money at various retail businesses.
