For the second time in two weeks, local police are warning businesses of a pair of men swindling money from cashiers through an incorrect change scam.

The two men are accused of killing Danny Ray Vance, 56, outside his home at 690 Heaton Creek Road on the Fourth of July. Sheriff Chris Mathes said Cordell and Lacy have confessed to the murder.
