SCSO says man impersonated officer, stopped motorist

Gary B. Harris, 59, Island Road, Blountville, was taken into custody Wednesday. Police say that at the time of his arrest, Harris was wearing rubber gloves and a jacket with patches on the chest similar to what is worn by Sullivan County officers.
