Wise County drug roundup targets 50 suspects

One of those facing new drug charges was not hard to find. Brandi Baldwin, who is facing charges associated with the 2013 death of her toddler daughter, Emma, had been out on bond awaiting trial but earlier this year was put back in jail on drug charges.

Cody L. Dingus, 23, 1216 Fiddler's Way, Kingsport, is charged with vehicular homicide, evading arrest and assault in the Feb. 14, 2012, crash that killed his girlfriend, 18-year-old Sheridan Nicole Edwards, also of Kingsport.
