KPD seeking public's help in locating alleged car thief

According to a press release, a 2003 Honda Pilot was stolen from a residence on Dobyns Drive in Kingsport. When the car was stolen, the doors were unlocked and the keys were in it.

The woman reportedly climbed a four foot dresser and jumped on the victim while he was still in the bed. The victim told police he may have dislocated his shoulder as a result.
