Judge gives Rogersville businessman maximum sentence in fatal wreck

Following a two-day trial in October, Roger Dale Stewart, 63, 5281 Highway 11-W, Rogersville, was convicted by a Hawkins County jury of criminally negligent homicide and two counts of felony reckless endangerment — all of which are class E felonies.
