Chicago man busted in Hawkins with heroin, pills, stolen Ford Explorer

Police allegedly seized heroin, pills, cash, and a stolen 2014 Ford Explorer from a man who was found parked in a driveway where he didn't belong just off of Carters Valley Road early Thursday morning.
