Daniel Guy Bickley of Bristol, Va., was indicted in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on a 72-count indictment. The charges include conspiracy to distribute Schedule I drugs, distribution of Schedule I drugs (19 counts) and money laundering (52 counts).

As the officer approached he noticed the car was running and Williams was inside, slumped over and unconscious. The officer opened the passenger side door and removed the keys from the ignition.
