A 35-year-old Atlanta, Ga., man has been sentenced to 240 months in federal prison for heading up a year-long crack cocaine operation in the Johnson City area.

In June 2013, police received a call from Franklin Delph saying his wife had committed suicide. When officers arrived on the scene, the woman was found on the floor of their apartment with a gunshot wound to the head.

Video surveillance allegedly shows the suspect place needles in a Dr. Enuf drink container he brought with him, then leave them at the rear of the store. One of the syringes had the cap off and the needle exposed.
