Police: Colts owner had $29K in cash when arrested

The cash was in Irsay's wallet, metal briefcase and two laundry bags. The briefcase and bags also contained bottles of pills of various colors, including orange, green and white ones, the police report states.

Three more people were arrested this week as part of Scott County's ongoing "Shamrock Shakedown" drug roundup. The Commonwealth's Attorney's Office said the roundup was the second largest law enforcement has carried out in the county.
