12 dead in attack on Paris newspaper; France goes on alert

Masked gunmen stormed offices of a satirical newspaper Wednesday, killing 12 people before escaping. French President Francois Hollande said the attack on the weekly, which has drawn condemnation from Muslims, is "a terrorist attack, without a doubt."
