ROGERSVILLE — The Of One Accord ministry's "Lunch Box" program had to cancel most of its deliveries Tuesday due to vandals breaking out a window on the school bus that has been converted into a mobile cafeteria.

SWAT members surrounded the Knox County motel where David Eugene Smith was staying on Tuesday. At some point Smith fired shots, including one at himself. He was wounded, but authorities have not revealed more about his injuries.
