Kingsport motorcyclist faces felony charges after igniting pursuit

Five days after allegedly revving a motorcycle engine in front of police in downtown Kingsport then speeding away on the wrong side of the road to ignite a brief pursuit, a city man has been arrested on felony charges.

Two Samsung Galaxy 5S smart phones were stolen and were valued at $650 each, which made the total value $1,300. The phones were secured by alarmed cables, but the woman was able to get around those security measures.
