Woman nabbed months later for leaving crashed car in field

A woman who has been wanted since December for allegedly leaving her crashed car tangled in a fence in a Mooresburg farmer's field was returned to Hawkins County Saturday to answer several charges.

A man has been arrested after swiping a combined 30 pairs of eyeglasses from Kingsport opticians, according to police, then leading a foot chase across Fort Henry Drive before he was tackled by an officer.
