ETSU announces two more arrests in campus armed robbery

ETSU student Isiaha Devon Milligan, 20, has been charged with robbery. Shannon Dapri Ontae Cooley, 19, was charged with facilitation of armed robbery, possession of schedule VI drugs for resale and possession of drug paraphernalia.
