KPD: Man crashes into Kingsport home 'inches' from porch sitters

A man who reportedly lost control of his vehicle while speeding along a residential Kingsport street, striking a home and sending debris into the face of one person on the porch, has been apprehended nearly a week after fleeing the scene.
