Officals: Autopsy shows Washington County inmate died from 'excited delirium' resulting from drug use

Washington County Sheriff Ed Graybeal and District Attorney General Tony Clark announced today that autopsy results showed that Stewart Peppers, an inmate who died in Wash. Co. jail, died from "excited delirium" resulting from drug use.
