Man high on meth seen trying to dig holes in the road with his hands

Rogersville residents on Watterson Street told police they feared for their safety last week when a Kingsport man who was admittedly high on the potent "Ice" type of meth was observed attempting to dig a hole in the road with his hands.

In each of these cases of auto burglary, the vehicles had been left unlocked by the owners, and in both cases of vehicles being stolen, the keys had been left in the vehicles by the owners. Police are urging city residents to lock vehicles.
