ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County mother allegedly bolted out the back door of a house, leaving two children behind, when police came to investigate a single vehicle accident near Rogersville earlier this month.

Doughty was taken to the ground but kept resisting arrest. So the officer punched him in the face and head three times. Doughty was eventually handcuffed and allegedly told the officer if he ever saw him out, he would kill him.
