Shopper stumbles across 'unbelievable' child porn cache

A memory card located on the floor of a Kingsport business — and apparently dropped inadvertently by a previous customer — has led to an arrest in what's being called Sullivan County's worst child porn case in decades.

Elizabeth Ann Carrier was indicted in July 2013 on one count of falsely communicating reports of consumer tampering. She pleaded guilty to the charge in July of this year and appeared in U.S. District Court in Greeneville Monday for sentencing.
