A motorist who struck a utility pole in Kingsport has been arrested by police, who say prescription drugs and drug paraphernalia were located in her totaled vehicle.

ROGERSVILLE — A Hawkins County machine shop that has been a mecca for motorcycle-design enthusiasts for more than a decade was raided Monday. Deputies allegedly found 4.5 ounces of marijuana and an assortment of pills, guns and stolen items.
