Blood tests revealed Xanax and Lortab were in her system at the time of the crash, while prescription medications, drug paraphernalia and marijuana were located in her purse.

Paul Robert Perkins, Hickory N.C., was arrested for his alleged role in the Jan. 29 robbery at Dempsey's Jewelers, 3018 Peoples St. He was originally arrested in North Carolina and brought back to Johnson City Wednesday to face the charges.
