On Feb. 3 former Hawkins County Memorial Gardens owner Vickie Ringley was indicted on two counts of theft over $60,000, two counts of money laundering, one count of forgery, and seven counts of failure to follow cemetery regulations.

Police arrived at the scene to find a female victim bleeding with bruising to her face, head and body. The victim identified Stevie Lynn Dockery as her attacker and stated she was hit repeatedly with a table leg.
