McPheeters Bend school burglar ransacked office

CHURCH HILL — Someone broke into McPheeters Bend Elementary School last week and ransacked the main office, reportedly getting away with a small amount of cash, radios and power cords.

KINGSPORT — A Kingsport woman who allegedly stole a car last week and then ran up an $1,100 bill at the Stone Drive Walmart using the victim’s debit card was arrested Friday at that same Walmart with a shopping cart full of merchandise.
