JONESVILLE — Kyle Andrew Perkins, 25, of Rose Hill, Va., was given a total of 35 years to serve, but Lee County Circuit Court Judge Tammy McElyea suspended 20 years of that sentence. Perkins was also ordered to serve 15 years of supervised probation.
