KINGSPORT — Sunday afternoon Hawkins County deputies responded to 206 Ramey Town Road to serve a Sullivan County FTA (failure to appear) warrant on Brandon Lee Haga, 24, of that address, who has pending drug and weapon charges in Kingsport.
