JC trio charged in theft of thousands of pounds of metal

On Wednesday, Johnson City police arrested Donald Anderson, 50, 308 W. Poplar St.; James Fair, 57, and Josh Fair, 27, both of 1821 E. Fairview Ave., two days after employees of OmniSource, located at 115 Alabama St., first reported the missing metal.
