Convicted JC sex offender pleads guilty in child porn case

GREENEVILLE — Ray Dwight Sluss of Johnson City was indicted in U.S. District Court in Greeneville on a four-count indictment charging him with receipt and possession of child pornography and receipt and possession of child pornography cartoons.
