Terry Tabor, 48, Moreland Drive, Kingsport, has been charged with rape and resisting arrest following an incident at his residence Friday night.

Thomas Richard Coburn, 47, was also sentenced to an additional six years on two counts of criminal exposure of another to HIV. He will serve at least 35 percent of that part of the sentence before being eligible for parole.
