Kind. Funny. Godly. These are some of the words used to describe Peyton Flanary, a young man who lost his life in an automobile accident last December. He was just 16, but in his short life, Peyton accomplished important work far beyond his years.

Kyah is in remission but still travels to Memphis every other week and will start a new round of chemotherapy, her mother said. Jones also said ALL is the most common type of leukemia and the family hopes it will remain in remission.

Mooresburg WWII veteran George Dean's war medals including a Bronze Star were stolen 40 years ago. Toward the end of Tuesday's program Dean was presented with replacement medals, after which he received a standing ovation.
