Decorated World War II veteran , now 95, enjoys sharing stories

Many veterans keep their experiences bottled up. Others want to share it all. Carl Blackburn falls under the latter category. Blackburn will turn 96 this Christmas Eve and he bares the title of the most decorated veteran from Johnson County.
