For more than five years, a group of woodcarvers and volunteers has been working to recreate a traditional carousel in downtown Kingsport, complete with 32 wooden riding animals, two chariots and 24 rounding boards depicting notable city sites.

Heather Watts was teaching at CHMS last April 25 when she gave birth to Delilah about three months premature. Delilah spent the first seven months of her life in the hospital at Vanderbilt University and has had to return twice.
