Bridge Home gets a new home

The no kill animal shelter's new location near Tri-Cities Regional Airport and Northeast State Community College will hold ribbon cutting on Saturday, with its grand opening currently set for August.

Open block parties add more to Fun Fest

Block parties will kick off with First Bank & Trust's block party on Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The bank is located at 1108 E. Stone Drive. Five block parties will be held on Saturday.
