'It just makes your heart feel warm': Rotary Club of Scott County gives 700 pairs of shoes to students this year

Earlier this month, Rotarians delivered more than 400 pairs of shoes, which were purchased with donations to its Shoe Drive, to the 14 schools in Scott County — including the county's Head Start classrooms.
