The double-flocking, which entailed the placement of 75 pink flamingos on the Church Hill City Hall front lawn, was done to raise awareness about a new fundraiser being conducted by the newly renamed Church Hill Medical Mission.

Despite rain, Kids Central still saw a great turnout Tuesday. Children enjoyed inflatables, face painting, train rides, Fun Shops, Xtreme Challenge, Days Gone By, Kidstruction Zone, a balloon toss game and more.
