Rosemond, a family psychologist and author whose nationally syndicated column has appeared in the Kingsport Times-News for many years, will present a free parenting seminar from 3 to 6:30 p.m., Nov. 2, at First Baptist Church in Downtown Kingsport.

'Project Thanksgiving' raising money for meals
