Champion Chevrolet opens in Johnson City

JOHNSON CITY - A vinyl "Champion Chevrolet" sign hung over the name "Grindstaff" at Johnson City's Chevrolet-Cadillac dealership Friday, marking the official ownership change from Steve Grindstaff to two local sales managers and a Kingsport physician.
