Area demand for workers, unemployment rates show slight improvement

Unemployment rates declined across the Tri-Cities during February and hiring for construction and production workers is seeing a slight pick up in Kingsport. The Bureau of Labor Statistics also reported three job sectors saw slight increases in the Kings

Geely to buy Volvo from Ford for $1.8 billion
