Topic: Dolly Parton is always talking about her home and how special it is to her. Growing up in this area, you’ll always take a piece of it with you, too, where ever you go! Write and discuss three things you cherish about growing up here.
Students may enter under an NIE Teacher for the prize of 30 tickets for a whole class to go to Dollywood for a day! There will be an ad in the newspaper soon, as well as online (go to Teachers and scroll down for the link), so kee an eye out for the rules, details, and registration! Deadline is November 6, 2009 at 5 p.m.!
