KINGSPORT — Most of the “Church Circle churches” opened their doors for “Advent Tours” earlier this month, offering anyone who wanted a chance to view Christmas decorations already in place while also learning a bit of each church’s history. All the participating congregations, like the city of Kingsport itself, have recently celebrated their 100th anniversaries. If you missed the tours, you’ll have a chance to visit any of the churches — more than one if you plan accordingly — for Christmas Eve services.
