ROGERSVILLE - The 34th edition of Rogersville Heritage Days was held this weekend featuring the food, crafts, live entertainment and other family activities that have made it among the most popular events in the state.
Tennessee Magazine recently named Rogersville's Heritage Days the best event in East Tennessee and the best festival in East Tennessee. Perfect weather all three days of this year's event Friday, Satruday and Sunday was just an added bonus.
Rev. Sheldon Livesay of Rogersville is a regular photo contributor to www.timesnews.net, and attended Heritage Days Friday and Saturday. Friday's activities included the chili cook off, children's costume parade and the classic car cruise-in.
The main event was Saturday and Sunday with hundreds of craft booths, demonstrations, live entertainment, and food.
