Fales joins People's Community Bank Division

JOHNSON CITY — First Community Bank announces Shaunda Blackwell Fales has joined the bank as Vice President and Commercial Loan Officer of its People’s Community Bank Division in Johnson City, Tennessee. Fales said, “I am grateful to be part of this extraordinary team of individuals and a part of this organization.” Fales is located at the 300 Sunset Drive branch in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Fales earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Agnes Scott College located in Decatur, Georgia, and earned a Master of Business Administration from East Tennessee State University located in Johnson City, Tennessee.

Mike Ratliff, Market President, of First Community Bank’s People’s Community Bank Division, said, “We are very pleased that Shaunda has joined our People’s Community Bank team in Johnson City. Fales is a member of the Johnson City Morning Rotary Club, and she also serves on the Stewardship Committee of Covenant Presbyterian Church located in Johnson City, Tennessee.
