- HOW DO I PLACE A CLASSIFIED AD?
- To place a classified ad in the print and online editions of the Kingsport Times-News you may; 1. Enter your classified online using the form link below. You can enter the details of your ad along with your run date information. After you submit the form, our staff will receive a copy and call you at your daytime telephone number to confirm placement and arrange for payment. 2. You may call our Classified Offices during regular business hours and speak to a classified advertising representative and make a payment using your Mastercard or VISA. 3. Stop by our offices on Lynn Garden Drive and place your advertisement at our customer service desk.
- HOW DO I REQUEST TEAR SHEETS?
- The Kingsport Times-News provides tearsheets for their advertisers free of charge. Most tearsheets are sent with advertising invoices. If your business needs a copy of previous advertisements, you may request a tearsheet by calling the Times-News Advertising Services office at 423-392-1414. You may also request tearsheets by using the form below to contact the Retail Advertising Department.

- HOW CAN I APPLY FOR EMPLOYMENT?
- Applicants for the Kingsport Times-News may apply in person at our offices on Lynn Garden Drive during regular business hours. You may also use the link below to download a copy of our application in a PDF format. Please complete it and bring it to our offices.

- WHAT ARE GENERAL OFFICE HOURS?
- The Times-News general office hours for the Lynn Garden Drive facility are 8am-5pm, Monday Through Friday.
The Internet division, Event Marketing and the NIE offices at 108 East Main Street are open from 8.30am to 5.00 pm, Monday-Friday.

- WHERE ARE THE INTERNET OFFICES?
- The Internet division of the Kingsport Times-News is located in downtown Kingsport directly across the street (on 108 East Main Street) across from the station. Our offices are located in the building on the corner of Main and Broad with the white columns. To enter our lobby, enter the main Kingsport Centre lobby on Main Street. Each office has a seperate entrance. Come into the lobby and take the elevator or stairs to the second floor and follow the signs to Suite 202.
- WHERE DO I FIND THE FULL OBITUARIES ON THE NEW TIMES-NEWS WEBSITE?
- The Times-News Free Online Edition publishes Daily Death Notices and an archive of important information about our communities citizens.
Complete obituaries with photographs and other funeral arrangement information is available by subscribing to the full electronic edition of the Kingsport Times-News. You may subscribe to this service by clicking this link.

- WHY DOES TEXT COVER UP PICTURES ON THIS WEBSITE?
- The Times-News website uses modern style sheet instructions to display its content and photographs. A few older browsers, particularly Netscape 4.7 and earlier have trouble understanding the structure of this language. At present, we do not have a work-around and the best recommendation to our users has been to update your Internet browser to a current version. This free download is available from several locations on the web.
