• HOW DO I PLACE A CLASSIFIED AD?
• To place a classified ad in the print and online editions of the Kingsport Times-News you may; 1. Enter your classified online using the form link below. • The Times-News general office hours for the Lynn Garden Drive facility are 8am-5pm, Monday Through Friday.
