WHERE DO I FIND THE FULL OBITUARIES ON THE WEBSITE?
The site publishes Daily Death Notices and an archive of important information about our community citizens. Complete obituaries with photographs and other funeral arrangement information is available in the print edition and by subscribing to the full electronic edition of the Kingsport Times-News. The death notices are available on this site under the Community section.
WHY CAN'T I FIND A STORY I READ IN THE PRINT EDITION IN THE ONLINE ARCHIVE?
Not all stories printed in the Times-News are part of the full electronic edition. If you cannot find the story in the news categories or by using the search engine the story probably was not part of the electronic edition report.

HOW DO I CONTACT A REPORTER OR COLUMNIST?
You can send and e-mail to a reporter or columnist by clicking on their byline. After you click on the byline, you will see a page with the reporter's or columnist's photo, a brief biography, his or her telephone number and a link to sent an e-mail.
HOW DO I REPORT AN ERROR IN A STORY?
You should refer to the specific story citing what the story erroneously reported and cite the correct information in an e-mail to the reporter or by clicking on the Corrections link in the footer.

HOW DO I POSTPONE MY HOME DELIVERY WHILE ON VACATION?
The Times-News provides a convenient way for you to postpone the delivery of your newspaper while you are on vacation. You may either complete the online form by clicking the Hold Papers For Vacation link in the footer or you may call the Circulation Customer Service Office during business hours and talk with a representative. Please allow 24 hours notice for postponing your delivery.
