Dr. Jennifer Leigh Nottingham of Kingsport and Joshua Stephen Harville of Kingsport, were married May 29, 2010, at Colleton River Plantation, Hilton Head Island, S.C. Dr. Marvin Cameron and the Rev. David Graves officiated at the 6 p.m. ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Nottingham III of Kingsport, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Randolph of Kingsport, and Mr. and Mrs. P.T. Nottingham Jr. of Kingsport. The bridegroom is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Harville of Kingsport, and the grandson of Mrs. Irene Harville of Kingsport, the late Mr. Jay E. Harville, the late Mr. and Mrs. James G. Pickens Jr. and Mr. Horace Nathaniel McKay of Greenville, S.C.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.Maids of honor were Kimberly Nottingham and Alexandra Nottingham, sisters of the bride. Bridesmaids were Alyssa Harville, sister of the bridegroom, Anna Marie Smith, Jordan Durnin Glover, Meghan Masters, Erika Hawley, Cecily Hawkins, Ann Woodford and Kendra Hatcher. Flower girls were McKenzie Holbert, Ava Burris, Hagan Dietrich and Hannah Smith.Stephen Harville served his son as best man. Groomsmen were Jordan Harville and Jaron Harville, brothers of the bridegroom; Matthew Spivey, cousin of the bridegroom; Drew Holbert, Nicholas Vaughn, Rashid Dunn, Wes Argabrite, Eric Whipple, Matthew Smith and Michael Diaopolo. Ushers were Robbie Carrico, Justin Feit and Brad Mosier. William Ford was ring bearer.The bride graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and received a bachelor's degree in human nutrition from the University of Kentucky, where she was a member of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry with a doctor of dental medicine degree and will continue her education at New York University, where she will specialize in orthodontics.The bridegroom graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and attended Emory & Henry University where he was a member of the football team. He completed his education in Charleston, S.C., and will continue his education in New York, specializing in physical therapy.Following a wedding trip to Turks and Caicos Islands, the couple resides in Manhattan, N.Y.

The bridegroom is the son of Bonnie and Mack Wood.The bride was given away by her father and son, Jacob Ryan Bellamy. She graduated from Sullivan North High School and is employed by Comptons Hardwood.The bridegroom graduated from Volunteer High School and received an associate of science degree from Northeast State Community College. He is employed by Eastman Chemical Co.Following a honeymoon to Paris, the couple resides in Church Hill.
Joseph and Bowlin wedding

Andrew Amodei officiated at the 4:30 p.m. ceremony.The bride is the daughter of James and Jane Bowlin of Kingsport, and the granddaughter of the late Audley and Wave Fraley, formerly of Duffield, Va., and the late Robert and Bonnie Bowlin, formerly of Morristown, Tenn. The bridegroom is the son of Phyllis and Colin Brelsford of Clarksville, Tenn., and John Joseph and Lynne Berry of Nashville. He is the grandson of George and Eleanor Joseph of Port Charlotte, Fla.Given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore an ivory-colored satin gown featuring a gathered sweetheart neckline and bodice adorned with Swarovski crystals and sequins. The waist was embellished with a pleated champagne-colored silk band, while delicate embroidery covered the soft netting of the skirt that extended into a chapel-length train. The bride carried a bouquet of small creamy orchids, Esckimo roses and yellow freesia. Maids of honor were Georgia L. Sinko of Kingsport, and Stephanie E. Carriger of Kingsport. Bridesmaids were Audrey C. Capps of Johnson City; Elizabeth C. Miller of Gray, and Jennifer O. Shelton of Knoxville. Flower girls were Emily J. Clark and Olivia J. Clark, cousins of the bridegroom, of Powell, Tenn.Best men were Benjamin S. Joseph, brother of the bridegroom, of Tulsa, Okla., and Charles L. Norris of Crossville, Tenn., Groomsmen were Michael C. She is employed as an accountant at Ascendent Engineering and Safety Solutions L.L.C., Johnson City. She is a member of First Broad Street United Methodist Church.The bridegroom graduated from Clinton High School and received a master of accountancy degree from East Tennessee State University, where he was president of National Residence Hall Honorary and Hall Council of Powell-Panhellenic. The bridegroom is the son of Dawn Rogers of Church Hill and the grandson of Elizabeth Morlock of Kingsport.Given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father, the bride wore an ivory-colored tulle ballgown with a beaded bodice and a chapel-length train covered in lace appliques.Kelly Black, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Maggie Spurgeon, best friend of the bride, was a bridesmaid.Devin Rogers, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. Randy Holtzclaw, best friend of the bridegroom, was a groomsman. Smith, Johnson City.The bridegroom graduated from Volunteer High School, Church Hill, and is pursuing a bachelor of science in physical education degree at East Tennessee State University. He is employed at Pitney Bowes, Kingsport and is co-owner of Smokin' Aces Barbeque and Catering.Following a wedding trip to Hawaii, the couple resides in Church Hill.
Dowdle and Manning announcement
Maegan Elizabeth Dowdle of Nashville, Tenn., and Chase Everett Manning of Kingsport plan to be married at 7 p.m., Aug. 7, 2010 at the Croft House at Grassmere.The bride-elect is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Glynn James Dowdle of Nashville, and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. John W. Measells of Jackson, Tenn., Mrs. Martha J. Dowdle of Mosspoint, Miss., and the late James L. Dowdle. She graduated from Harpeth Hall School, Nashville, and will graduate in December from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where she is an alumna of Sigma Kappa sorority and the University Honors Program.The bridegroom-to-be is the son of the Rev. Janet Batts of Kingsport, and Charles W. Manning of Mountain Home, Tenn. He is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. John Marshall of Kingsport. He graduated in 2009 from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he is an alumnus of Lambda Chi fraternity and the Student Government Association. He is in the management training program at Enterprise Rent-A-Car.
