Matt Tullos, pastor of Bluegrass Baptist Church, officiated at the 2:30 p.m. ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Sharon Lingerfelt and husband Jim Lingerfelt, and Teddy Loftis and wife Teresa Loftis, all of Hendersonville. She is the granddaughter of the late Betty Ann Loftis, the late Henry and Margie Phelps, and the late Jake and Dorothy Warden. The bridegroom is the son of Tom and Sandy Allen of Kingsport, and the grandson of the late Ira and Ruth Allen, and the late Walter and Elizabeth Peugeot.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father.Christy Loftis, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Ashley Loftis, sister of the bride, was bridesmaid. Jessica McMurry, niece of the bride, was flower girl.Andrew Allen served his brother as best man. In 2007, she received a master's degree in sport management from East Tennessee State University. She was a member of varsity cheerleading at Volunteer High School and Tusculum College, and Alpha Chi honors society at Tusculum College. She is employed at the Wellness Center, Johnson City, and Health Fitness Corporation of Kingsport. She is a member of First United Methodist Church, Church Hill.The bridegroom to be is the son of Palma Adinolfi Hawkins of Kingsport and the late David P. Ramsey. He is the grandson of the late Henry and Ethel Ramsey, and the late Salvatore and Dorothy Adinolfi. He graduated from Sullivan North High School in 1998 and in 2002 received a bachelor's degree in business administration from Milligan College. In 2006, he received a master's degree in teacher education from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He was a member of varsity baseball at Sullivan North High School and Milligan College. He is employed by Johnson City Schools at Science Hill High School.
