Kimberley Kaye Graham and Brandon Keith Christian were married Aug. 20, 2010. The ceremony and reception took place outside at the Allandale Mansion, Kingsport.The bride is the daughter of Diana and Ronnie Graham of Kingsport. The bridegroom is the son of Lynne and Lynell Christian of Kingsport.The ceremony was officiated by Bro. Arthur Harlan.Jessica Coomer was maid of honor. Standing with her were bridesmaids Rebbecca Scalf and Kendra Bays. Kim's 6-year-old niece Rylee Faith Hall was flower girl.Brandon Marcum was best man. Standing with him were groomsmen Chris Graham, Preston Graham and Bobby Hall.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted by her father.The couple celebrated this beautiful day with several family and friends.They are now happy newlyweds residing in Kingsport.

She is employed as director of marketing and adult tennis at Centre Court, Chatham, N.J.The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Victor and Susan Rizzuto of Wilmington, N.C., and the grandson of the late Melchiore and Catherine Rizzuto, and Richard and Janice Anderson of Ponte Vedre Beach, Fla. He graduated from John T. Hoggard High School and Gardner-Webb University, where he was a member of the men's varsity baseball team. He is employed as director of operations at Centre Court, Chatham, N.J.

Becky Simmons of Jasper, Tenn., and Jason Murr of Kingsport, plan to be married Oct. 16, 2010, at Second Presbyterian Church, Chattanooga.The bride-elect is the daughter of Jack and Larinda Simmons of Jasper, and the granddaughter of Roger and Patricia Goetz of Carthage, Ill., and the late Sam and Reba Simmons, formerly of Jasper. She graduated from Marion County High School and Miller-Motte Technical College. She is employed as a certified surgical technologist at Grandview Medical Center.The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Roger and Mary Ann Reed of Kingsport, and the grandson of the late Dr. Henry S. and Irene Burem, and the late Bill and Jean Murr, all formerly of Kingsport. He graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School and attended the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga, where he was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He is employed as a supervisor at United Parcel Service.

Georgia Ruth (Osborne) Nickels recently celebrated her 90th birthday at home with her husband, children, grandchildren and their spouses.Georgia was born Sept. 18, 1920, in Scott County, Va. She is the daughter of the late Samuel Isaac and Ella Gertrude (Greer) Osborne.The picture of her is when she was 1 year old.
Agnes Hendry Brown 100th birthday
Agnes Hendry Brown celebrated her 100th birthday Sept. 14, 2010, and began her second century of life surrounded by 50 friends and family. She was very surprised to see everyone who arrived from seven different states to share her special day.Agnes is one of 12 children born in Greene County, to Florence Dodd and Alvin Hendry. She has lived in Kingsport, for the past 76 years with her husband Luna Brown until his death in 1996. Her only son was Nelson Brown. Her daughter, Geneva Spaulding lives in Kingsport.Agnes has always been, and still is, the family historian and encyclopedia.If you ask her to what she credits her longevity she says, "God gave me the good genes and health, and Dr. George Booze kept it running very well the past 33 years."When asked what she would change if possible she says, "Teach the government to stop the spending."What is the most exciting recent happening she says, "I just got my drivers license renewed for five years. Whew!"
