Boggs and Nickels

Temerity Senah Boggs of Gate City, Va., and Justin Charles Nickels of Dungannon, Va., plan to be married in an open-church ceremony at 5 p.m., May 4, 2013, at Cowans Branch Missionary Baptist Church.

The bride-elect is the daughter of Paul and Justina Boggs of Gate City, and the granddaughter of Edna Boggs of Big Stone Gap, Va., and Jim and Carolyn Cox of Big Stone Gap. She graduated from Gate City High School, where she was a member of Fellowship of Christian Athletes. She is employed at Marsh Regional Blood Center.

The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Charles and Shelia Nickels of Dungannon, and the grandson of Ruth Silcox of Gate City. He graduated from Twin Springs High School, where he was a member of the Titans football team. He is employed at Brock Services.
