Dr. Daryl Crouch officiated at the 2 p.m. ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Donna and Steven Baldwin of Mount Carmel, and the granddaughter of Patsy and Wade Bledsoe of Duffield, and Dollie Jean and Bruce Baldwin of Duffield. The bridegroom is the son of Debbie Swanay Oliver of Kingsport, and the grandson of Mary Helen and Clabe Swanay of Kingsport.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father.Kim Ramsey Hutchinson of Kingsport, was matron of honor. Emily Robertson of Kingsport, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Noelle Brown of Johnson City, and Makaylah Perciful of Church Hill, both cousins of the bride. Lilly Bledsoe of Abingdon, cousin of the bride, was flower girl.Howard Bennett of Nashville, served as best man. Groomsmen were Josh Light of Kingsport, Randy Vaughan of Nashville, and Jeff Guillote of Cookeville. Ushers were Mitchell Rhoton and Avery Rhoton of Gate City, Va., both cousins of the bride, and Jonathan Perciful of Church Hill.The bride graduated from Volunteer High School. She is employed at Pet-Smart , Kingsport, and is a member of Tri-Cities Baptist Church.The bridegroom graduated from Dobyns-Bennett High School, East Tennessee State University and attended Tennessee Technological University. He is employed at Advanced Call Center Technologies and Best Buy, Kingsport. He is a member of First Broad Street Methodist Church and attends Tri-Cities Baptist Church.Following a wedding trip to Pigeon Forge, the couple resides in Mount Carmel.
