David Salley officiated at the 3 p.m., outdoor ceremony.The bride is the daughter of Shawna Smith of Kingsport, and Randy Johnson of Kingsport. She is the granddaughter of Bob and Barbara Wilmoth of Kingsport, and Hershel and Brenda Kerney of Kingsport. The bridegroom is the son of Debbie Tolbert of Blountville, and Chris Ferrell of Church Hill. He is the grandson of Bill and Brenda Turner of Kingsport, and the late Jim and Evelyn Ferrell.The bride was given in marriage by her parents and escorted to the altar by her father.Anabeth Grizzle, best friend of the bride, served as matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Kylee Tolbert, sister of the bridegroom; Chelsie West and Tasha Harris. Brandon Ferrell, brother of the bridegroom, served as best man. Groomsmen were Michael Tolbert, brother of the bridegroom; Jason Miles and Tyler Bailey. Ushers were Seth Williams and Curtis Crawford.The bride graduated from Sullivan North High School and is attending East Tennessee State University, pursuing a degree in nursing. She is employed at Tomoko Restaurant, Kingsport.The bridegroom graduated from Sullivan Central High School and attends Northeast State Community College, pursuing a degree in cardiovascular technology. He is employed at Tomoko Restaurant, Kingsport.Following a wedding trip to Myrtle Beach, S.C., the couple resides in Blountville.
